Whenever you receive information from us, either electronically or in hard copy, you will always have an opportunity to request not to receive the information again and your wishes will be respected.

We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to carry out our business or as required by law or other legal processes. We do not sell personal information. Your personal details may be transferred between ACPET offices, but only as necessary to meet your requirements. All personnel with access to personal information have been trained to maintain its confidentiality.
When you visit any part of our sites we collect statistical data about that visit (e.g. what you looked at, the way in which you moved around the site etc) which is not personally identifiable. We use this information to make our sites more useful and easily navigable.
